Welcome Hello, Welcome to English Life! We are a small group of native teachers teaching English to small groups of students in Miraflores, Lima, Peru. The classes are orientated towards people who particularly want to improve their speaking and listening skills. This is facilitated by the small groups and the methodology which is student-centred allowing a maximum amount of speaking by each student. Students also often seek us out to have a native teacher so as to be confident of learning correct pronunciation and grammar. All our teachers are experienced and have been teaching both in Peru and other countries. There is more information on the methodology of our classes here. Class Timetables and Fees
On starting classes students also need to pay a one-off fee for materials of S/.50.
How to start classes
First have a look at the timetable of classes above and see if there is a class that is convenient for you. You can then give us a call or send an email to arrange a time for a short evaluation. If you get the answerphone please leave a message. We are often teaching and cannot always answer the phone.
We are quite strict in only accepting students to each group who have the appropriate level such that no student is ever frustrated that the group level is too low or high.
Location of school The address of the school is Av. La Paz 434, (Edificio Ejecutivo) Oficina 602, Miraflores. It is near the corner of Av. Paz and Diez Canseco and opposite the Casa Andina Hotel. A location map is located here.
